Vidyo, Inc., an innovator in visual communications, has been selected by IndusInd Bank, one of the fastest growing new-generation private sector banks in India for Video Branch, a mobile and desktop-based banking service being deployed across the country. Video Branch, launched on June 2, 2014, has accumulated a user rating of 4.8 on scale of 5 on the Google Play Store.

Video Branch is a free service offered exclusively to all IndusInd Bank customers that enables a face-to-face video conversation with a branch manager, relationship manager or with a centralized Video Branch executive. Easy and convenient to use, Video Branch service offers a wide range of information and transactions that cater to all banking services currently offered through IndusInd phone banking. In addition, bank customers can also conduct financial transactions like opening a Fixed Deposit or Recurring Deposit, transferring funds through NEFT RTGS and many more. Video Branch is currently available for Android (2.3 and higher) and Apple mobile devices (iOS 6,7, and higher) in the respective App Stores.
