VidyoWay is a free service that seamlessly connects today’s most widely used video conferencing systems. For the first time, business people can arrange face-to-face meetings with their partners, vendors and customers—no matter where they are or what equipment they’re using—with just a few clicks of a mouse.
VidyoWay’s simple web interface makes it easy for any business user to set up a video conference with colleagues who use Cisco, Polycom, Lifesize and other H.323 and SIP-based room systems and Microsoft Lync clients. If participants don’t have access to any of these technologies, a free mobile app from VidyoWay lets them join the meeting from a tablet or smartphone. They can even call in from an ordinary phone.
By making B2B video conferencing as accessible and easy to use as audio conferencing, VidyoWay will create a network effect driven by a steadily growing number of user communities. Companies interested in becoming early adopters are invited to apply.

“We view business to business connectivity as the next frontier in the video collaboration market. We believe the VidyoWay cloud offering helps achieve this objective by enabling high quality, easy to use, low cost video interoperability between companies that may be leveraging video technology from different vendors and on various form factors including desktop, mobile and room based systems. While the VidyoWay solution does not require participants to be Vidyo customers, we believe this platform illustrates the company’s technology vision and could present a powerful marketing tool to pull through sales of other Vidyo products.”
Wall Street Analyst
“Multivendor interoperability is a real pain point in the video conferencing industry. Interconnecting video conferencing systems that businesses have deployed is certainly possible, but is often both complicated and expensive,” said Brian Riggs, research director at Current Analysis. “A service like VidyoWay should have considerable appeal among companies seeking a straightforward way to make video communication as commonplace as telephone calls, at no cost to the end user. Vidyo continues to dramatically change the economics of B2B video conferencing.”
Brian Riggs, Research Director, Current Analysis
“By offering Vidyoway as a free solution to the interop and bridging problem, Vidyo has finally evened the playing field in the battle for today’s “best in breed” videoconferencing platform. Winning that battle has always been Vidyo’s true goal.”
David Maldow, Telepresence Options
“VidyoWay eliminates a major hurdle to the adoption of new and disruptive video conferencing alternatives. And because the service is free and easy to use, video-ready collaboration is able to reach many times beyond a company’s internal enterprise deployment.”
