Supported peripherals for VidyoConnect Room and VidyoRoom systems
Vidyo’s group solutions work with a broad range of industry-standard peripheral devices, so you can choose the camera, speakerphone, or other peripheral device that works best for your deployment.
The peripheral devices listed here are recommended or supported for use with VidyoPortal™ version 2.2.2 or later unless otherwise noted. To ensure that you are using the most recent drivers, please check with Vidyo Support for the latest image available.
Recommended devices have been tested and have provided a better than acceptable experience. For example, a speakerphone with superior echo cancellation is considered better than acceptable.

- VidyoRoom Generation 3 (Gen 3) systems include: HD-2, HD-3, HD-3C, HD-40 (all), HD-100 Rev D, HD-230, VidyoConnect™ Room, VidyoConnect Room SE, and VidyoRoom SE.

Video scalers/switches
VidyoRoom systems support a wide variety of video devices, such as laptops, DVD players, LCD projectors, interactive white boards, DVRs and more, through the use of a video scaler.
Any video scaler you choose requires output support for HDMI at 720P, as this will be your connection to the HDMI port on the back of the VidyoRoom system. In addition to the video inputs, many video scalers also have some audio input connections. It’s important to note that the audio and video paths for the VidyoRoom system must be maintained separately.
