Deal Registration Terms
In order to encourage the proactive sales of Vidyo products, and to protect the margins of Partners who are proactive, Vidyo Partners may be eligible for an additional percentage off on Sales Opportunities that are registered with Vidyo. The following conditions/rules apply:
- All fields must be filled out properly in order to register an opportunity. After submitting the online form, a Vidyo Channel Manager will work with the Vidyo Sales Manager to approve and return an approval via email; only then is the Opportunity officially registered.
- An Opportunity is defined as a specific sales opportunity to sell Vidyo to a specific end user customer location or group of locations; it is NOT defined as all sales to a given customer regardless of location or time. Example: Partner can register a sales Opportunity to sell Vidyo products to ABC Company in New York for XYZ project. It cannot register all sales to ABC Company globally for all future potential sales Opportunities.
- Registered Opportunities will receive the additional discount at the time of the Partner’s order to Vidyo, subject to Vidyo’s confirmation of registration as per #1 above.
- Vidyo will be the sole and final arbiter of what constitutes a valid registration.
- If a Partner registers an Opportunity, it cannot promote a competing product into that Opportunity, or the registration will become invalid .
- Registrations are valid for 6 months from the time registered.
- Any additional discount is not applicable to Services or Accessories only Vidyo-branded HW/SW.

Deal Registration Terms
- Vidyo will accept or deny your request within 3 business days. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the decision. This email should be retained by you, the partner.
- Opportunities are eligible for registration, not entire accounts. Therefore, it is acceptable to register multiple deals or project within the same account.
- Registered Opportunities will receive the additional discount at the time of the Partner’s order to Vidyo
- Vidyo will be the sole and final arbiter of what constitutes a valid registration
- Deal registration does not provide exclusivity. Other partners may still compete against you and win the deal. While the deal registration holder will have a financial advantage, it is incumbent upon you to close the business and prove your value to the buyer.
- If a Partner registers an Opportunity, it cannot promote a competing product into that Opportunity, or the registration will become invalid.
- Registrations are valid for 120 days. At the end of 120 days, the Vidyo sales representative may grant a 30-day extension based on the deal’s progress.
