Cindy Roleff

Cindy Roleff Cindy Roleff, MS, BSN, RN-BC: Cindy Roleff has over 30 years of nursing experience, 15 years in education and over 20 years in direct patient care. She’s worked in a wide variety of settings from small rural facilities to large inner city hospital environments. She has 7 years of telehealth experience and is currently the Telehealth Program Development Manager for AFHCAN, the telemedicine division of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. She provides consultation and training to organizations and clinics as they incorporate telemedicine into their strategic planning and helps to support them as they develop and/or expand their programs. She also helped to develop and teach the first online series of courses in telehealth coordination and program management which are offered through the University of Alaska. Cindy has designed, coordinated and taught courses in dozens of clinical and technical topics, to local, national & international audiences. In addition to telehealth education, her experience also includes teaching at the University of Alaska, School of Nursing in Anchorage, managing the Alaska Native Medical Center’s (ANMC) Nursing Internship and Preceptor Development programs, working as the ANMC Supervisor of Hospital Education, and developing an online clinical coaching course. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology in 1985 and her Bachelor of Science, Nursing in 1986, both at the University of Minnesota. She received her Master of Science in Business Organizational Management in 1997 from the University of LaVerne. She retired from the United States Air Force in June of 2009.
