Bill serves as Technical Trainer of Customer Success at Vidyo and brings over 15 years of experience in developing, delivering and managing powerful, performance-based technical training to support services teams for various IT and audiovisual hardware and software solutions. Bill is responsible for the delivery of Vidyo’s technical certification course which focuses on how to deploy, administer and support our infrastructure and endpoint solutions.
