Dynamic caller ID support with Epic CAL integration (cloud only)
If you use the Epic CAL integration, you can now dynamically change your caller ID for outgoing calls using the “CallerID” parameter inside your Epic CAL link.
This feature is particularly useful when you have enabled one-click dial-out for your providers via the “dialOut” parameter.
Support for LaunchToken inside of Epic Sample URL generator
To make testing easier, you can now use the Vidyo Epic Sample Link generator to add a generated LaunchToken to an Epic CAL link.
Epic CAL data sent in REST notifications
Epic CAL contextual information is sent for participants that join an Epic CAL generated conference.
This applies to participants who join via a link, who are invited in, or who dial in via VidyoGateway.
