  • To improve the security and stability of VidyoRoom version 20.1.0, the OpenSLL was updated to version 1.1.1d.

  • Have been powered off for a prolonged period of time and then turned back on and the time difference between the local time and NTP time is longer than 15 hours.
  • Have had their CMOS battery removed while the system was unplugged.
  • Important bug fixes
  • In this release, we've addressed some important issues to improve usability and reliability.

Summary

GS-5247

Enghouse Vidyo corrected an issue where VidyoCloud Hybrid customers could not connect to a VidyoPortal and VidyoRouter due to a missing USERTrust RSA Certification Authority (Sectigo). VidyoRoom version 20.1.0 will include this certificate as part of the installation bundle.

GS-5379

An issue was resolved where when you lock or unlock a room from the UI window, the lock or unlock icons will display correctly.

GS-5489

A bug was fixed where the NTP synchronization mechanism is now improved to accommodate VidyoRoom systems that meet the following conditions:

  • 15 hours or more time difference
  • powered off for prolonged time periods
  • SMOS battery is removed while the system is unplugged

GS-5380

An issue was fixed where the Lock icon from VidyoRemote (or /remote UI) did not stay locked, and required the user to  double-tap to unlock the room.

GS-5750

A Windows user no longer needs Admin privileges to launch the VidyoRoom SE .exe application.
