What's new in this release?

  • New VidyoRoom HD-3C
  • Enghouse Vidyo is proud to announce the availability of the VidyoRoom HD-3C system with  Windows 10 IoT! The VidyoRoom HD-3C is a seamless, fully integrated solution that is ideal for large meeting spaces.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of configuring up to four screens at 1080p resolution or up to three screens at 4K resolution.

  • The VidyoRoom HD-3C works with a range of industry-standard peripherals, so you can choose the devices that work best for your deployment. For a full list of the peripheral devices available for use with the HD-3C, refer to the Recommended and Supported Peripherals for VidyoRoom Systems article.
  • Enghouse Vidyo recommends the VidyoRoom HD-3C as a replacement for the HD-3 and HD-3B systems. The HD-3C offers all the same features without any loss of functionality and with equal performance requirements.

  • If you need to restore your HD-3C system to its original manufacturer settings, refer to the Restoring Your VidyoRoom HD-3C System article.
  • Admin UI firmware tab update
  • In this version, the VidyoRoom Admin UI Firmware tab will display the “Current Base Image Rev:” field of HD-3C. For example, “3.1.1.1077”.
  • Also, a minor change has been made to the “Choose a new Image File” field: the file format is now .wim rather than .vimage. 
  • Important bug fixes
  • In this release, we've addressed some important issues to improve usability and reliability.
  • System updates
  • For added security and stability, updates for multiple third-party packages and libraries are included as part of this release.

Summary

GS-6071

An issue was resolved so that when auto joining a meeting the Manage page does not appear on top of the remote video. This was corrected  by delaying the auto join by 1-2 seconds.
