What's new in this release?

  • Allow upload of custom ringtone
  • We have added the ability to upload a custom ringtone.
  • This lets the admin upload an audio file to be used as a ringtone for incoming calls.
  • This will override the default ringtone for VidyoRooms.
  • For details on this feature, please refer to the VidyoConnect Room and VidyoRoom Administrator Guide.
  • Disable UI and hotkey for local stethoscope
  • The UI and hotkey can now be disabled for the local stethoscope, thereby preventing users from accidentally activating the hotkey or one of the UI options by mistake during a call.
  • This feature affects both VidyoRoom SE and hardware rooms.
  • It does not impact the control from the remote side.
  • For details on this feature, please refer to the VidyoConnect Room and VidyoRoom Administrator Guide.
  • Support for Aver MD120UI and Angekis cameras
  • We have added support for the following Aver camera:
  • MD120UI Medical Grade PTZ Camera
  • We have added support for the following VDO360 camera:
  • Blade VS+ USB PTZ Camera U2-10FHD3 (also known as the Angekis Camera)
