Summary

GS-4275, GS-4254, and VRMT-736

Administrators can select the “Preview Local Content” setting on the Admin UI to enable users to automatically see content shared locally whenever a content share device is connected to their VidyoRoom system. When users don’t want to see the content, they can simply press the “Share” button on their VidyoRemote 3 to turn off this setting for the current call. If no content share device is connected, the “Share” button is disabled, thereby preventing users from inadvertently seeing a green screen.

GS-4260

When the VidyoRoom application sorts participants by name, certain Turkish characters no longer cause the application to crash.

GS-4256

An issue that occasionally caused the remote participant’s received audio to briefly cut out has been resolved.

GS-4246 and GS-4147

VidyoRoom users can now join a call via a guest link even when the room has a PIN.

GS-4241 and GS-4202

The Call In Progress (CIP) indicator setting, which was unintentionally not being saved in the config file in the previous releases of version 3.3.21, is now being saved again.

GS-4210 and GS-4200

When a VidyoRoom system joins a day-long meeting via a Google Calendar invitation, the VidyoRoom system is now able to reliably disconnect from the call.

GS-4205

VidyoRoom HD-230 systems no longer freeze when certain peripheral devices are plugged into the USB 2.0 ports.

GS-4198

If a Google Calendar receives an invitation to only one instance of a recurring meeting, the VidyoRoom systems now display the invitation to that single instance.

VidyoRoom systems configured with Google Calendar no longer occasionally display some meetings in duplicate.
