What's new in this release?

  • TytoCare Clinician Dashboard fixed for Google Chrome
  • Some clinicians could not start a visit in the TytoCare Clinician Dashboard when using the latest version of Google Chrome and instead received the following message from the Microphone or Camera are Disable pop-up window, "You will not be able to perform an online visit. To enable, click on the icon inside the browser address line. Then click Try Again".
  • Enghouse Vidyo remedied this issue by providing a dedicated web server to host the TytoCare Clinician Dashboard URL. In doing so, clinicians can now access the TytoCare Clinician Dashboard without issue.
