Under very limited cross-tenant scenarios, if both of the tenants do not have closed captioning (CC) set up, there may be a case where the CC button is displayed but isn't functioning properly. This is a known issue and we're working to get it fixed as fast as possible. Please note that this does not affect guest/non-logged in users. |
