What's new in this release?

  • Closed captioning now available
  • Users can now enjoy the benefits of low-latency closed captioning during their calls.

  • Note:
  • Closed captioning is currently only available in English.
  • The minimum VidyoPortal version needed to support closed captioning is 22.5.1.
  • More options for the post-call 5-star survey
  • The post-call 5-star survey is enabled by default and will appear at the end of every call.
  • Please note that although the 5-star survey will be displayed at the end of every call, it will not block the user’s ability to join another call by clicking on the meeting join link.
  • Tenant admins can disable the post-call 5-star survey for guest users and registered users separately using the postCallSurveyDisabledWeb parameter on the Settings > Feature Settings > Custom Parameters page in the Tenant Admin portal.

In the prior release, if a user chose to share an application window without manually closing the first shared application window, the new application window was not shared. Starting with version 22.6.0, a new application window can be shared without having to manually close the first window.
