Collin McQueen is a senior telehealth technical coordinator for Nemours CareConnect, the telemedicine program from Nemours Children’s Health System. McQueen joined Nemours in 2011 as a multimedia specialist, and in 2014 he became a corporate services business partner and acted as the technical liaison between the health system’s business and clinical systems. McQueen was promoted to senior technical coordinator for the newly formed telehealth program team in 2015. In this role, McQueen is responsible for technology implementation, maintenance, and workflow designs; he also serves as an operational resource for Nemours and its telemedicine initiatives. Prior to Nemours, he was an audio engineer and project manager in both Los Angeles and Orlando. He also holds certifications as a Cisco Field Engineer and Crestron Digital Media Engineer.
