Kim Burchett is Vice President of Customer Success at Vidyo and brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunication and visual collaboration space. Kim joined Vidyo in 2011, building prescriptive adoption and change management programs to help customers achieve their business outcomes, transforming the way they visually connect. She has deep understanding of value drivers in a SaaS business and a passion for working with customers. She knows that customer happiness and loyalty is the cornerstone of success and in 2016, she assembled a team dedicated to Customer Success at Vidyo. Kim studied Communication at the University of Colorado with specialization in speech analytics related to how communication behaviors influence human interaction in work, personal, and community life.
