Rachelle Longo, BSN, RN, has 19 years of experience in direct care nursing, nursing leadership, risk management, and telehealth. She currently serves as the Director of Telemedicine at Ochsner Health System. In this role, Rachelle is directly responsible for the expansion of the TeleHealth Network, Implementation of all programs, and on-going program support both clinically and technically. Rachelle also has oversight of the Solutions Development team that is responsible for working closely with Operations to develop and pilot Ochsner’s Telemedicine Solutions. For the past 6 years, Rachelle has been an integral part of Ochsner’s Telemedicine program and has developed a dynamic approach to telemedicine data management and partner site clinical performance.
