The minimum Windows and Mac operating system requirements, and the compatible browsers for the VidyoConnect desktop, mobile, and WebRTC applications are listed below.
Note The operating systems and browsers listed on this page indicate the testing environments for the VidyoConnect app. We always suggest to be on the latest versions of the operating systems listed below to ensure an optimum experience. Other versions, platforms, or browsers may work but they are not officially supported. |

The VidyoConnect mobile application has been tested and works successfully with a broad range of industry-standard Android and iOS phones and tablets. These include many of the most commonly used Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets, Google Pixel phones, iPhones, and iPads.
